Welcome to LAÉRTE website!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Laerte GmbH's Website and Web shop, located at www.laerte-skincare.ch. Laerte GmbH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

1.    DELIVERY AREA

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein

2.    PRICE INFORMATION

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the legal value added tax. The prices quoted at the time of ordering are binding (obvious errors excluded). The shipping costs will be charged additionally (see Shipping).

3.   ORDERS

By sending the order, it is binding, and the present terms and conditions are to be manually accepted at time of purchase. The contract of sale is only finally concluded with the confirmation of the dispatch by the seller. In rare cases it may happen that ordered products can no longer be delivered despite order confirmation. If, contrary to expectations, an item is not available, the seller will inform you as soon as possible and clarify the further procedure. Orders will be processed continuously unless otherwise communicated (e.g. holiday absences as per communication in the webshop). We do not apply a minimum order value.

4. SHIPPING (SWITZERLAND & LIECHTENSTEIN)

All of our skincare products are made in small batches to ensure maximum potency and freshness. Please allow for 1-3 business days for us to receive and fully process your order. Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein will usually take around 1-2 business days or 2-3 business days according to the selected shipping option. We ship all Switzerland and Liechtenstein orders via Swiss Post.
The shipping address is the address provided in the order. If the address or name stated cannot be identified by Swiss post (e.g if name is not on the mailbox) and the goods are therefore returned to us, the customer will have to bear the extra costs of CHF 17.00 (post charges CHF 7.50 + re-shipping CHF 7.50 + 2.00 handling fee).

5.     SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

We offer two delivery options:
1. Delivery by Swiss Post (Registered) within 1-2 working days costing CHF 9.00
2. Delivery by Swiss Post (B mail ) within 2-3 working days costing CHF 5.50
Currently none of the two shipping option offers tracking possibly.

6.   INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD

We apologize, for the moment we are not able to ship outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We are working on it, and we will keep you informed as soon as shipping is be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

7. RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, their potency and freshness, exchanges and returns will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. Each of our product pages provide comprehensive information about our formulas so you can make informed decisions as to whether our products are right for you before purchase. If you have any specific questions regarding a formula before purchase, please email info@laerte-skincare.com and our team will be in touch to respond to any questions you may have regarding your skin concerns and how our products can help.

We cannot provide refunds to customers whose parcel has been returned to sender. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for redelivery or to pick up their parcel from their local post/sorting office if the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful. In the event that the parcel is returned to sender, we will do all we can to contact the buyer to organize redelivery of their order.

In the case of any damaged or defective items in your order please send a detailed email accompanied by a photograph of your order to info@laerte-skincare.com no later than 5 days after delivery and we will assess the defect and issue a replacement of the item immediately. We look forward to helping you achieve the most naturally beautiful glowing skin.

8.    RIGHT OF REVOCATION

Swiss legislation does not guarantee the customer the right to change his mind and return a product after an online purchase

9.    LIABILITY

LAÉRTE GmbH assumes no liability for the handling and use of the delivered articles or for incompatibilities on ingredients. We will be happy to advise you on the application and ingredients before you purchase. We also recommend testing products 24 hours a day on an insensitive skin area, especially for products with essential oils or for sensitive skin prone to allergies.

The website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience. By accessing LAÉRTE website, you agreed to use the required cookies.

You may access this from LAÉRTE website for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Sell, rent, or sub-license material from LAÉRTE website

Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from LAÉRTE website

Redistribute content from LAÉRTE website

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Laerte GmbH does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Laerte GmbH, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
